She was predeceased by: her brother Steve; and her parents, Efstratios Dematrakoulas and Georgia Dematrakoulas. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Markos (Pamela), Debbie Kereluk (Rick) and Stephanie Gettis (late Jerry); her granddaughters, Melissa (Kevin), Kristin (Rob), Sara (Jeff) and Diana (Pete); her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Mark, Rickie, Nora, Paxton and Dena; and her siblings, Marguerite Hontos (late Arthur), Toula Garbis (Gerald) and James Demas (Collette).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church "in memory of Vasiliki Markos".
