He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Ann. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Beth" Eernisse (Daniel), Robert Roos (Jodi) and Carolyn Rapoport (Scott); and his grandchildren, Braden, Nathan, Tyler, Julia, Nora, Morgan and Ethan. He is also survived by many friends and family.
