He is survived by: his wife Barbara Heinzel; his brother Robert Heinzel (Elizabeth); his nephews, Jeffery Heinzel (Ruslana) and Kevin Heinzel; his niece Megan Heinzel O'Donnell (Dan); his great-nephews, Gavin Heinzel, Nicholas and Christopher; and his great-niece Grace O'Donnell.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, all services will be held privately.
