With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa K. Belongia-Garrett of Palatine, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Belongia and Hazel Belongia (Boggs); and her siblings, Marilyn Sue and Jerry. She is survived by: her son Johnathan Garrett (Ashley Kavain); her grandson Jaxson Garrett; and her sisters, Deborah Brush, Connie Moses (Jim), Judy Masters and Penny White (Chris). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Teresa's name to the family.
