It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Hake of Palatine, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kearns and Marie Kearns; her husband John T. "Jack" Hake (Day); and her siblings, James, Patricia Warrick (Paul), Mary Richards (Bob) and Margaret "Joan" Ciavarella (Peter).
She is survived by: her sons, Terry (Cathy), Bill (Jean), Tom (Ann), Brian (Kristen) and John (Julie); her grandchildren, Christine, Elizabeth, Tom (Amber), Michael (Erica), John (Katy), Joseph, Sarah Triplett (Phil), Emily Garner (Zach), Caroline, Patrick (Megan), Danny, Adelaide, Katie, Juliana, Mary Clare and Madeline Hake; her great grandchildren, Lucy, William, Declan, Evelyn, Adelaide, Tommy, Logan and Thomas Kelly; and her brother Bill Kearns (Mary Ann). She is also survived by her parents, brothers, sisters, and beloved grandmother.
Due to the pandemic, a memorial mass/celebration of life will be held at a later date.
