He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Halyna; and his brother Andrij. He is survived by: his former wife Laura; his children, Julian Zbotaniw (Lauren) and Vendela Zbotaniw; his sibling Raisa Martin (James); and his nieces and nephews, James and Lilah Martin.
