He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Bokowy and Constance Bokowy (Chentes); his sons, Mitchell and Christopher Bokowy; and his siblings, Margaret "Margie" Bokowy (Diane Noble), Ryan Bokowy, Thomas Bokowy (Andrea) and Nicholas "Nick" Bokowy (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
