He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Louise Gondek; his son Jeffrey Ternberg (Victoria); and his parents, Evert Matias and Rose Frances Ternberg. He is survived by: his children, Lori Pfortmiller (Joe) and Dirk Ternberg (Mary Kate); his grandchildren, Lauren, Bryce Pfortmiller, Grace Ternberg, Haley, Mara and Emmett Ternberg; and his brothers, Kenneth Ternberg and Ken.
