He was predeceased by: his child Thomas Jaworski. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Jaworski; his daughters, Elizabeth Lisa Weintraub and Linda Mauer (James); and his grandchildren, Ashley Weintraub, Mariah Weintraub, Melissa Mauer and McKenzie Mauer.
