We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2022, at the age of 95, Rita Mae Mikuta (Palatine, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Mikuta; her child Thomas C. Mikuta (Michele); and her brother James E. Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Helpap (John), Beth Hogan (Mark) and Laura Gross (Tim); her grandchildren, Sean, Sara, Emily (Jean-Luc), Tess, Katherine, Nicole (Kyle), Christian, Tom, Clare, Maeve and Eileen; and her great grandchildren, Zuri and Monet.
