He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anna Janus and Waclaw Janus. He is survived by: his wife Danuta Janus; his sons, Jakub Janus (Kasia) and Maciej Janus (Sylwia); his grandchildren, Damian, Olivia and Oliver; and his brother Jerzy Janus.
