She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Hawkins Sr.; her parents, Samuel Baker and Mildred Baker; and her sisters, Joy Wenzlaff and Donna Hagy.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Hawkins Jr., Steven Hawkins (Jackie), Pamela Hargrove (Tim), Cynthia Turf (Mark) and Deborah Pukas (Brad); her grandchildren, Steven, Nicole, Joshua, Bennett, Ian, Evan (Helen), Alec, Colleen, Brian, Laura, Megan and Cameron; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Emily; and her pet Scruffy.
