He is survived by: his children, James Crook (Sheryl), Susan Mukahirn (Bud), Jeanette Patton and Joanne Ripp (Martin Johnson); his siblings, Torben (Pedersen), Birgit Runge Hansen, Holger (Pedersen) and Ragnhild (Albertsen); and his close friend Betty Petersen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
