She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bert" Albert Dechent and Mabel McConkey; and her stepdaughter Pearl Broeckl DeMarco. She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Joanna Broeckl Miller, Zwart (Pieter), Julie Broeckl Siculan (Steven) and Barbara Broeckl Johnston (Peter); and her stepgrandchildren, Emily Miller, Abigail Miller, Haley Siculan, Ryan Johnston and Kyle Johnston.
