He is survived by: his children, Glenn Machometa (Luciana), Lynn Berk (late Harry), Nancy Tomek (Joe), Susan Rooney (John), James Machometa (Clare) and Eileen Wainwright (Mike); and his sister-in-law Carol Cukla.
