It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Joseph Eilers (Palatine, Illinois), who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Richard Eilers. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne and Christina; his brother Clint; his grandparents, Barbara Keifer, Magdaleno and Maria Josefina Castaño; his uncle Paul Eilers; his aunt Mary Lou Leal (Juan D.); his cousins, John M. Leal (Aidé) and Jaime Campos (Sandra); his niece Valerie Campo; his brother Clinton Christopher Eilers; and his friends, Halloween, Amy Winehouse, Jigsaw, Count Dooku and Raiden. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
