We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Martha A. Atherton (Palatine, Illinois), born in Geneva, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Curry "Bob" Atherton; her parents, David Alsen and Edla Alsen; and her sons, Robert David and Richard Hillary.
She is survived by: her son John Curry Atherton of Beaverton, OR.; and her nephew Don Alsen.
Due to COVID restrictions her funeral will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Countryside Unitarian Church in Palatine, or a charity of choice.
