With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois C. La Maide of Palatine, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 24, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin and Esther; her sister Muriel Rieck (Eugene); her husband Stanley; and her son Frank.
She is survived by: her sibling Beverly Stoll (Richard); and her children, John (Alice) and Lois Knoll (Richard). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials in Lois' name can be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor in Palatine.
