She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis P. Adams, Jr.; her parents, Joseph Braxmeier and Theresa Braxmeier; and her parents-in-law, Francis and Mary Adams.

She is survived by: her children, Joellen Sitoski (late Fran) and Beth Adams Stone (Thomas G. Stone); and her grandchildren, Kevin Sitoski and Kathleen "Katie" Stone.

In lieu of flowers donations to Dream Come True would be appreciated.
