As we bid Joseph farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Joseph is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janice Corum Maddox; his sons, Jack Peirce (Lorene) and Dylan Maddox (Diana); his grandchildren, Evan, Ella and Alex Peirce; his sons, Brynn and Finn Maddox; his brother William Clyde Maddox (Judy); and his parents, Joseph V. Maddox, Sr. and Mary Watson Maddox. He was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews and their children.
