He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Ariss; his children, Joe Ariss Jr. (Carol), Dan Ariss, Nancy Johnson (Brad), Bob Ariss (Carol), Tim Ariss (Ginny) and Jeff Ariss (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Amy, Jodi, Holly, Michael, Chloe, Ryan, Megan, Elizabeth, Bobby, Hanna, Grace, Ashley and Corey.
