He was predeceased by: his father John Deamer; and his sister Margaret Mary Wroblewski. He is survived by: his children, John Francis Deamer III, Elizabeth Deamer and Melissa Jean Deamer; his grandchildren, Shannon Simack, Charlotte Simack, John "Jack" Francis Deamer IV and Ian Deamer; his daughter-in-law Meghan Shanahan; his mother Annie Elizabeth Deamer; and his sisters, Nancy Deamer LoBue, Kathleen Farraher and Eileen Deamer. He is also survived by his sisters quickly made friends at school, with all the siblings.
