Joan Chase Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Chase (Palatine, Illinois), who passed away on May 15, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Blake and Florence Blake; her husband Vern Chase; and her stepchildren, Mike Chase (Hana), Sue Chase (Bill) and Carol Chase (Stephen).
She is survived by: her brothers, Ken Blake (Jemma) of Watertown, WI and Dan Blake (Paula) of Downers Grove, IL.; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Brittany, Jake, Kelsey, Allie, Nicki, Katie, Mike, Winnie and Linda; her great grandchildren, Addison and Ella; and her daughter Charlotte.
Due to Coronavirus, her funeral services will be private; she will be laid to rest next to Vern at St. Michael's Cemetery in Palatine on Friday May 22nd.
