She was predeceased by: her husband Frank G. Mallek; her daughter Eugenie Burnette (Lawrence); and her parents, Eugenia Golka and Frank Golka. She is survived by: her children, William (Debra Berth), Nikki Morris (late Bob), Francesca Bergen (Brian), Michelle Dunlavy (Tim), Chet (Marcia Nelson), Frank (Francesca Little), Renee Halpin (Daniel) and Ed (Janel). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
