It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice A. Provenzano of Palatine, Illinois, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael B. Provenzano; her children, Lauren Shroyer (Chris), Michael Provenzano and Brian Provenzano (Donna); her grandchildren, Alex, Jordan, Mikayla, Austin and Arianna; her parents, Colonel Edward and Evelyn Dougherty; her brother Edward Dougherty (late Georgia); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin, Coventry, Yarrow, Layla, Kyle, Jack, Liam and Zachary; and her sibling-in-law Camille Provenzano.
