He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Hoffman and Agnes Hoffman; and his sister Irene. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Stephen (Joy), Gregg, Ann Ripplinger (Tim) and Paul (Jillene); and his brothers, Tony and Leo.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, funeral services at this time will be held privately.
