With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Heath (Palatine, Illinois), who passed away on January 2, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Michael Hart (Marianna); and her siblings, Patricia Vogel, Norbert A. Heath Jr. and Carole M. Heath. She is survived by: her grandson Jonathan Hart; and her sister Joan Fortner.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities.
