She was predeceased by: her father Gary Ashburn; her stepfather Rodman Hoffman; her brother Steven Ashburn; and her father-in-law Eugene Lukasik. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ashburn of Lake Geneva, WI; her husband Damian Lukasik; her children, Dalton Lukasik of Boulder, CO, Mallory L Lukasik (Adam Meyer) of Kansas City, MO and Travis Lukasik of Antioch, IL; her brother Christopher Ashburn of Denver, CO; and her mother-in-law Helen Lukasik of Lake Villa, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society are appreciated in Holly's memory.
