He is survived by: his sons, David Borgardt (Kathy) and Michael Borgardt; his children-in-law, Michael Durnwald Sr. and Jean Borgardt; his grandchildren, Mary Durnwald, Michael Durnwald Jr., David Borgardt Jr. (Laura), Bryan Borgardt (Devon), Sara White (Daniel) and Julianne Borgardt (Elliot); his great grandchildren, Alexandra Borgardt and Audrey Borgardt; and his niece Debbie Yoder (George).
