He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jacobs; his children, Cindy (Gay) and Mike (Dawn); his granddaughters, Kayte Colwell (Josh), Bekah Parker (Thomas), Morgan Charlier, Maria Charlier and Natalie Charlier; and his great grandchildren, Hazel, Everett, Henry Parker, Davis, Charlie and Benjamin Colwell.

A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Memory Gardens (2501 E Euclid Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
