He was predeceased by: his spouse Richard Margotta, Jr.; his nephew Brian; and his parents, Ruth Huerta and Edward Huerta. He is survived by: his brother Anthony Huerta (Guadalupe); and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Joseph, Angela and Samantha.
