He is survived by: his significant other Sally Ann Kreutzer; his children, April Butler (Alan), Heidi Gammon, Lora Seidman, Jason Kreutzer (Megan) and Matt Kreutzer; his grandchildren, Jessica (Micah Probeyahn), Michael Butler (Christina), Cassandra (Drew Zirker), Lauren (Wyatt Briggs), Cameron Butler (Eleanor), Andrew Gammon (Brooke), Breanna (Amanda Pike), Colby Gammon (Aubray), Devin Gammon, Sydney (Brandon Putnam), Skylie Seidman, Payton Seidman, Sean Kreutzer, Andres Kreutzer, Dominic Kreutzer and Cecilia Kreutzer; his great grandchildren, Lucie, Charlotte, George, Henry, Jayden, Elliana, Grace, Shane, Austin, Riley, Lina, Emma, Jackson, Theo, Thatcher, Kenton, Easton, Houston and Maisee Mae; and his siblings, Jane Hall (Richard) and Richard Kreutzer (Kathy).
