He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Meigs and Joan Meigs; his siblings, Margaret (Peggy), Burda (David), Patricia (Patty), Boedecker (Robert) and James (Jim); and his friend Nancy. He was also cherished by 6 nieces and nephews as well as 7 great nieces and nephews.
If you wish to make a charitable contribution in Dan's memory, the family suggests a gift to the academic scholarship that was established in his niece's name for graduating students of Woodstock High School. Memorials may be made to Woodstock High School for the Katie Macaulay Memorial Scholarship.
