He was predeceased by: his father Robert. He is survived by: his mother Charlene; his siblings, Bob (Sue), Lyn (Matt) and Ellen; his children, Dan (Clara), Bill (Giang), Scott (Brooke), Julie, Josh (Deanna), Jess (Gianna) and Piper; and his stepchildren, Demetra, Christy (Tim) and Kosta. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or St Jude's Children's Hospital.
