She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis J. Barrett; her son James; her parents, Patrick McHugh and Catherine McHugh; and her brothers, Pakie and Sean (late Bride).
She is survived by: her children, Patrick (Maggie), John C., Francis (Joan), Peter and Josephine (Diane Willow); and her siblings, Peadar (Phil) and Jo (late Joe).
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, Catherine's services will be held privately.
