Carl Chu Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Chu of Palatine, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Kyong M. Chu. He is survived by: his child Annelise Hoffmann Chu; his mother Wan Woo Chu; his siblings, Yong Rak Chu (Jong Choi) and Yong Sun Chu; and his nieces and nephews, Sung Ho Chu and Grace Chu.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
