She was predeceased by: her daughter Annabelle Lucille Andres; her grandfathers, Rev. Stephan Kuzma and John Kocur; and her uncle Rev. Bohdan Kocur. She is survived by: her parents, Rev. Mykhailo and Oksana Kuzma (Kocur); her husband Ron Andres; her children, Daniel "Danny", Lilah, Miles and Oliver "Ollie" Andres; her siblings, Olena Tefft (Andrew), Yosyf "Joe" Kuzma (Tina Grieco), Yuriy Kuzma (Anna), Maria Kuzma and Anna Kuzma; her grandmothers, Luba Kuzma and Paraskevia Kocur; and her close friend Heather Kocur. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, cousins and supportive friends.
