He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Sr. Edmonds and Donna Edmonds (Brown); his niece Lindsey West; his nephew Jeff Kingery; and his grandson Dayne Harrison.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Edmonds (Mark Skivers) of Bloomington, Felicia Miller (Jason) of Crestview and Anita Edmonds of Fredericksburg, Virginia; his sister Mary West (James) of Flora, Illinois; his nephew Rob West of Flora; his grandchildren, Dustin Miller of Crestview, Sierra Miller of Valdosta, Georgia, Derek, Darrin Harrison of Enterprise, Illinois and Christina Loyd (Jairamy Loyd) of Herrin, Illinois; and his close friend Judy Thomas. He is also survived by two great-nephews, several cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Blue Funeral Home -Marion (1704 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of customary remembrances the family requests with gratitude that memorial donations be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or DAV.org.
