He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Moomey and Minnie Moomey (Mink). He is survived by: his wife Penny Moomey of Owaneco; his children, Bradley Moomey (Robin) of Owaneco, Brent Moomey (Linda) of Owaneco, Bonita Hadley (Wayne) of Taylorville and Bart Moomey of Owaneco; his grandchildren, Michael Stephens, Shawn Moomey, Penelope Jane Gomez, Eryn McGough (Dylan), Ann Moomey (Pete Broomstrom), Ashley Moomey, Caleb Hadley, Levi Hadley (Karlie) and Tyler Moomey (Emily); his brother Jerry Moomey (Rita) of Owaneco; and his sister-in-law Lana Campbell (Gary) of Marion. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Owaneco United Methodist Church or the Christian County Senior Citizens Center.
