He is survived by: his wife Vickie McCaslin; his children, Tracy Meyer of Port Charlotte, FL and Deborah Cruse (Rick) of Morrisonville, IL; his stepchildren, Kori Carman of Taylorville, IL and Kevin Carman (Katy Buhlig) of Springfield, IL; his granddaughter Heather Smith (Jason) of Taylorville, IL; his stepchildren, Brooke Wingler of Taylorville, IL, Kelly Crowder (Dennis) of Taylorville, IL, Christopher Cruse (Michelle) of Farmersville, IL, Crystal Hatley of Langleyville, IL and Rikki Parker (Brandon) of Taylorville, IL; his great grandchild Keith McCaslin of Aurora, IL; and his sister Vickie Latham of New Albany, MS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Kenny's honor may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or to First United Methodist Church in Taylorville.
