It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Zenon S. Bursztynsky of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Zenon departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Zenon. Though Zenon may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephan Bursztynskyj and Daria Bursztynskyj (Liszczynskyj); and his brother Taras. He is survived by: his wife Susan Frank; and his daughters, Natalie Klinefelter (Tim), Amanda Bursztynsky and Jessica Bursztynsky.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Crossbridge Community Church (4161 Columbus St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
