He is survived by: his sisters, Diane Plank (William) of Findlay, IL, Patricia Sarver (Rick) of Adams, WI and Cheryl Dooley of Hamilton, MT; his nephews, Brian Plank (Brande), Neil Plank (Ashley), Michael Sarver (Ashley), Timothy Sarver (Tracy), Christopher Sarver and Nicholas Sarver; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wil, Eli, Evan, Ella, Ethan Plank, Katherine, Lucas, Charlotte, Margaret, Korbin, Nolan and Brooks Sarver; and his aunt Jeanne Modesitt (Dooley).
