He is survived by: his parents, William Polancic and Betty Polancic (Dilley); his daughters, Ally Polancic of Los Angeles, CA and Jacki Sheahen (Ryan) of Chicago, IL; his granddaughter Sloane Sheahen; his brothers, Jimmy Polancic of Ottawa and Kevin Polancic (Julie) of Ottawa; his niece Erica Newinski (Rob); his great-nephews, Aiden and Ethan Newinski; and his cousin Bobby Polancic (Julie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mueller Funeral Home - Ottawa (800 1st Ave, Ottawa, IL 61350). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
