He is survived by: his sister Marsha Blunk (Bruce Bradford); his nephews, Jon Blunk (Melissa) and Tom Blunk (Mara); his sister-in-law Ruth Breipohl; his nieces, Ellen Thorp (David), Sarah Wofford (Chase) and Susan Reddy; and his cousin Al Leslie (Peggy).
