She is survived by: her husband Dale Pouk of Streator, IL; her daughters, Andriea Hutch, Samantha Pouk and Rachael Pouk; her grandchildren, Axel Kenneth Stolz, Liliana Lynn Hughes and Walter Aaron Weitzel; and her siblings, Robin L Hutch Menna, Gavin Robert Hutch and Nelson Ernest Hutch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
