He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Lloyd and Myrtle Underhill (Irvin); and his siblings, Christine Wood, Earl and Wilburn Underhill.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Trest; his children, Robert, Nathan Underhill and Elizabeth Donnellan; and his brothers, William Underhill and Rev. Shelby Underhill (Penny). He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
