He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Welgatt and Evelyn Welgatt (Weger); and his grandson Ross Carver. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Allen (John) of Ladd and Angela Carter of Evergreen, Colorado; and his grandsons, Zackary Allen, Robert and Dalton Carver. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
