It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Wilcox of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her significant other Elmer Wilcox Sr.; her parent Mildred Faust; her great grandchild Destinee Fowler; and her son-in-law Jim Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Elmer Wilcox Jr., Stacey Fowler, Mike Wilcox and Randy Wilcox; her grandchildren, Brittani Fowler and Curt Wilcox; her great grandchildren, Isaac Ramos, Aleesia Ramos, Jayden Ramos, Gracie Ramos, Cambria Wilcox, Alayna Wilcox and Alexis Joplin; her great great grandchild Alizae Romanenko; and her close friend Frecshaysis. She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Prairie Worship Center (39W550 Prairie St, Aurora, IL 60506). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations are being accepted for Shirley's Expenses.
