She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Taylor and Virginia Taylor (Duncan); her son Billy Lambert; and her brother Chuck Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Roger Skartveit; her son Keith Lambert (Lynn) of Ottawa; her stepson Eric Skartveit (Barb) of Scottsdale, AZ; her siblings, Robert Taylor and Sandra Firestone; her grandchildren, Nicole Bowen (Chris) of Mechanicsville, MD, Zachary Lambert (Julie) of Akron, OH, Jacob, Matthew Lambert (Samantha) of LaSalle, IL and Lucas Lambert of Ottawa; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Landon Bowen, Charlotte Lambert and Leo Lambert; and her stepgrandson Cody Skartveit. She is also survived by her family, friends, and her many pets.
