It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra McConnaughhay of Ottawa, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Dewey" and Alice "Bernice" Karch (Trammell); her brother Robert Karch; her brother-in-law Roger Huston; and her son-in-law Theron Loughe.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Roberts (MaryAnn) and Tammy Zellers (George); her grandchildren, Joshua Smith (Lisa) and Lindsey Loughe (Ryan Hughes); her great grandchildren, Donovan Smith and Gwendolyn Eisert; her stepgrandchildren, Lindsey Hunt (Chris) and Brian Zellers (Melissa); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Landon, Connor, Emery, Addy, Aubree, Brayzen, Joey, Layla, Kaibrin, Gavin and Griffin; and her sisters, Donna Huston, Barbara Maxham (Jim) and Jovita Kinkead (Loyd). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the family to be donated to OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
